Since its inception in 2009, the Fondation Harel Mallac contributes to the inclusion of vulnerable groups, with a focus on education and the youth of Port Louis and its suburbs. It works in close partnership with a selection of NGOs on long-term projects. Since 2018, it also helps running the Port Louis Sailors, a rugby club based in Roche Bois.
