Pathway: The Graduate Recruitment Challenge Initiative
Pathway is an initiative launched by the Human Resources (HR) Department of Harel Mallac in 2009. It offers the opportunity to creative and bright young graduates to be trained during three years to a rigorous standard, which will ensure a consistent, high quality supply of talented managers to the Group. The HR Department will recruit, develop and retain the best Graduates and equip them with the essential skills and knowledge to achieve excellence in a competitive environment. Eligible candidates must hold at least a degree in any of the following fields: Information technology (network & security), Accounting and Finance, Travel and Tourism Management, Marketing and Human Resources.
