Responsibilities
1- Pre-sales
Elaborates system demonstrations that fit to the client environment and requirements to be included in pre-sales meetings.
Performs system demonstration during the meeting.
2- System implementation and user support
Helps the implementation team in system configuration.
Provides support to the users of the software.
Ensures approved quotations upon modification from clients.
Modifies system according to clients’ requests.
Answers queries and provides prompt support.
Intervenes at client’s place for complex issues as and when required.
3- Delivery of internal and external training
Conducts user training for facilitating use of new system as and when required.
Organises training materials (in various format: documents, presentations, videos) to be used during training sessions.
Adapts the training contents to suit the customer requirements and/or needs.
Provides user guides and other support materials.
4- Customer relations
Ensures excellent customer relationships with customers by:
- greeting them courteously by contact or phone.
- answering to queries, giving quotations, obtaining required data.
- handling complaints of clients and solving problem as quickly as possible.
Builds and maintains communication links with users.
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- HSC holder /ACCA level 2
- Degree in Accounting
- An experience in accounting software or ERP would be an advantage
- Strong Interpersonal Skill
- Functional knowledge of ERP software (a knowledge of the OpenERP solution would be an advantage)
- Fluent in English & French
Experience
- At least 3 years of working experience in ERP software daily usage and/or implementation.
