Directors
The Board of Directors consists of 10 members, of whom 3 are executive directors, 4 are non executive and 3 are independent. The directors of the company hold office for one year but are eligible for re-appointment.

The Leadership Team
The Leadership Team is entrusted by the Board of Directors with the day-to-day management of the company. Its main attributions are to decide on operational policies, systems and procedures, develop synergistic opportunities, to assume corporate responsibility of human resources and ultimately ensure the smooth running of the organization’s affairs.
