ANTOINE L. HAREL | Chairman – Non-Executive Director
Antoine L. Harel is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Computing. He joined Harel Mallac & Co. Ltd. in 1987 and launched the Company’s Information Technology division. On joining the Board in 1990, he was appointed Executive Director with responsibility for the Information and Communication Technology and the Distribution and Retail Divisions. In 1997, he was appointed Group CEO and is Chairman of the Board since April 2005. He was President of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce & Industry from 1992 to 1993.

CHRISTOPHER BOLAND | Chief Executive Officer - Executive Director
Christopher Boland is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has held various important positions in Finance, Operations and General Management in Australia and France within two multinational groups: Baker Hughes Corporation and Hexcel Corporation. He joined the Harel Mallac Group in April 2007 and was appointed CEO of the Group in May 2007.

R.J. PAUL CLARENC | Independent Director
R.J. Paul Clarenc holds a Diploma in Production Management (DELFT – Holland) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from Cape Town University. He is, since 1986, the Managing Director of Mauritius Oil Refineries Limited. He is a Founder Member of the Association of Manufacturers (AMM). He has also been, from 1995 to 2000, member of the Council – and, in 1998, President – of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce & Industry. R.J. Paul Clarenc was appointed to the Board of Directors of Harel Mallac & Co.Ltd. in May 2004.

L.J. JEROME DE CHASTEAUNEUF | Independent Director
Mr Jérôme de Chasteauneuf is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of England and Wales and holds a BSc Honours in Economics. He joined the CIEL Group in 1993 as Project Financier. He became Head of Finance in 2000, where he effectively acts as Group Treasurer.

ANNE CHRISTINE LEVIGNE-FLETCHER, C.S.K, Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite | Independent Director
Born in 1954, Anne Christine Lévigne-Fletcher is holder of a Diplôme de l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris/Sciences Po, a Licence en Droit de l'Université d'Assas and a Licence en Littérature Anglaise de l'Université de Nanterre. She was, from 1976 to 1981, the Managing Director of Société Mistra, a French entity operating in the design industry. She is, since 1981, the Managing Director of the Société Les Ateliers Créatifs de l'Océan Indien Ltée (ACOI) - Hémisphère Sud. She is also President of the Indian Ocean Luxury Guild (IOGL) since 2009.

CHARLES P.L. HAREL | Executive Director
Charles P.L. Harel holds a National Diploma in Management and Finance from the Cape Technikon, South Africa as well as an MBA from the University of Birmingham,United Kingdom. In 1995, he joined the Harel Mallac Group as assistant to the Commercial Director of the “Compagnie des Magasins Populaires Limitée” (Monoprix). In 1998, he was appointed Manager of the Business Units Travel & Tourisms and Retail. In May 2005, he joined Harel Mallac Bureautique Ltd. where he now holds the position of Managing Director.

ANWAR A.H. MOOLLAN | Independent Director
After studying Mechanical Engineering in France, Anwar A.H. Moollan pursued studies in law at Downing College, Cambridge and the Université de Paris, Panthéon – Sorbonne. He was ranked first at the Mauritian Bar Council examinations in 1995 and was awarded the Sir Raymond Hein QC Award. He joined the Chambers of Sir Hamid Moollan QC in 1995 and practises as a barrister. Anwar A.H. Moollan joined the Board of Directors of Harel Mallac & Co. Ltd. in June 2003. He chairs the Audit Committee of Harel Mallac & Co. Ltd.

L.J. MICHEL RIVALLAND GOSK | Executive Director
L.J. Michel Rivalland is a fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He is the Managing Director of The Mauritius Chemical and Fertilizer Industry Limited since October 2006. L.J. Michel Rivalland joined the Board of Directors of Harel Mallac & Co. Ltd. in May 2006.

VINCENT C. ROGERS | Non-Executive Director
Vincent C. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Marketing) degree from the University of Cape Town (South Africa). He joined Grays & Co Ltd in April 1987 as Marketing Coordinator and later as Marketing Manager. He is presently the Managing Director of Gaz Carbonique Limitée which he joined in 1992. Vincent C. Rogers was appointed to the Board of Directors of Harel Mallac & Co. Ltd. in July 2005.

FREDERIC G. TYACK | Independent Director
Frédéric G. Tyack is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics. On his return to Mauritius after his studies, he joined Food and Allied Industries Limited as assistant to the Group Finance Director. In April 1999, he joined the Planning division of Rogers and Company Limited where he actively participated in the development of the group’s 5-year strategic plan. He was the Managing Director of the group’s logistics sub-cluster. He left Rogers and Company Limited in January 2004 to join Plastinax Austral Limitée, an EPZ company manufacturing plastic sunglasses for the European and American markets. He joined ENL Group since July 2008 to work in the Property Division. Frédéric G. Tyack was appointed to the Board of Directors of Harel Mallac & Co. Ltd. in July 2005.
